Ecsperiment:
accepts – apologies, open arms, her past mistakes, other people’s opinions (not!), dirty jokes, that some people just are thin, you as you are, the terms and conditions, certain inalienable truths
blinks – when she’s shocked, when her eyes hurt, at you, not when she’s sleeping, daily, no more than the average person
calms down – never
dreams about – portugal, bright things in dark places, fresh vegetables in her own garden, writing a book, impossible scenarios, london forever, 1930s in paris, having courage, a new camera, ending up where never expected, the light by the Pacific, movies, flying great distances to say one word
exaggerates – too often, but not as much as her brother
falls – into the wholes she digs for herself, to the bed willingly, like an angel, when you push her, for your lies, but you can’t catch her, and stands up again, when she’s tired, in vulnerable moments
goes – where many have gone before and many will, to the theatre, to the bookshop, to Starbucks, insane, away, and always looks back (not in anger)
has – hitch-hiked through europe, lived in a french manor, played in a football tournament, broken down into pieces in front of you, got completely lost in strasbourg at 2 in the morning without money and a mobile phone, screamed her lungs out, had a midnight dinner of pickles and cookies with bulgarian perv truckers somewhere in the middle of f….. poland, lost her mind over love, met the most brilliantwonderfulsmart person in the whole world, driven through london nights and felt time
is - not interested in politics, restless and impatient, the worst cook, the youngest of three children (A), waiting for the next big thing to happen, an English Philologist, The Nanny, getting better at letting go and holding on to at the same time, a book-freak, caffeine free, a teacher, lost in translation, the worst liar, the girl in the photo who looks away, too dreamy, sarcastic and cynical, paranoid, ok
jokes – about herself, around for entertainment, to make you smile, and sometimes overdoes it
knows – when you’re lying, the 50 States of America in alphabetical order, french and a bit of portuguese, what she likes, how to destroy oneself, a lot about leaving and some about staying, the sound of your voice at midnight, how to drive you crazy, the mornings in paris and the nights in london, the kindness of people, the irony of life, what it feels like to have no money to live on, the way to hell, all the underground stations in central london, the love song of j. alfred prufrock by heart
loves - her mom, to have breakfast in the garden in hot summer mornings, books, to write, words and people who know how to use them, you forever, thyme, to turn into a street and see the sea at the end of it, to be on the road and not know the end of it, the rain in all forms, to step off the train in the middle of nowhere, caipirinha, waterloo bridge, the portuguese language, eurostar, hyde park at sunset drunk, her two angels and their blond hair, home, her family, to sit at the top on a double-decker, May, G.A., french baguettes with camembert, the guitar, the idea of America, vogue, photography, when noise turns into words on paper
has – a big mac every now and then
ja on The Nanny suure algustähega, täiesti õige
